Our signature Swedish Massage is a classic stress-reliever performed with medium to firm pressure.  We utilize varied strokes of gliding, kneading, and stretching to promote circulation and an overall sense of well-being.  Our signature Swedish Massage is performed as a complete body massage experience.

Deep Tissue Massage

Our signature Deep Tissue Massage is a massage performed on the deeper tissue structures of the muscles and connective tissues.  We utilize many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish Massage with the movements being generally slower, deeper, and more intense.  It can also be performed, on request, on a specific muscle group or groups as a more focused massage with the therapist focusing and releasing more chronic muscle tension and knots within these areas.  Deep Tissue Massage is an ideal pre or post workout massage.

Massage and Scrub

Our signature Massage and Scrub combines our classic stress-relieving Swedish massage and our full body scrub.  After you enjoy our full body scrub to rejuvenate your skin, we follow it up with our signature 60-minute Swedish Massage.
